RtA offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip before sealing the box and attaching the shipping label.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
